How Does Clear Aligner Therapy Work?

During the course of your treatment, you will be given several sets of aligner trays. Each set of trays is shaped a little differently and designed to gently push your teeth into place. Your dentist will advise you on how often you should change the trays, and you’ll return to your dentist periodically to assess your progress.

Caring For Your Aligner Trays

Wash and brush your aligner trays thoroughly with lukewarm water. Very hot water may warp the plastic, so be very careful while washing them. Also, be sure to rinse your mouth or brush your teeth after eating, before you return the aligners to your mouth.
