Dr. Lovely and team embodies being a kind and helpful professional community, and continually measures its trajectory against these qualities. Thanks to the diligent adherence to protocol and the diligence and understanding of our patients, practitioners and staff, Dr. Lovely’s office has been COVID-19 transmission-free.
As we navigate the new provincial changes announced on July 1st, we wanted to outline what you can expect upon arrival at our clinic for a treatment:
- You may enter the clinic a few minutes prior to your appointment to check in. We ask that you use our hand sanitizer, check in with one of our admin staff, and complete a pre screening questionnaire.
When your clinician comes to welcome you, he/she will take your temperature and the completed form.
- As we are governed not only by the provincial health authority, but also by the dental and hygiene colleges, we are respectfully asking that you continue wearing your mask while in the common areas of the practice at this time.
- Please recognize that each person’s level of comfort may be different right now. We will NOT be asking anyone to prove their vaccine status.
Please know that as our guidelines evolve continuously, we must adapt in kind, and that above all else we will continue making your health and well-being our priority. This is a TRANSITIONAL period and adjustments to our protocols will be necessary to ensure that safety, comfort, and professionalism are considered at all times.
